Do The Avocado Apple Crunch

I had too much guacamole to know what to do with. I was going to just eat it with chips until I came across a nice red apple on my kitchen counter. These two items, along with a nice crispy garlic bagel, make for a delicious lunch... and crunch.

Ingredients:
  • 1 mini whole wheat bagel toasted
  • 1/4 cup of spinach
  • 2 tbsp of guacamole (see previous post)
  • 1/2 apple sliced super thin
  • 1/4 tsp garlic

Ah! Avocado

Hail to the amazing avocado! Avocados are a fresh, natural, wholesome part of a healthful diet. Avocados provide nearly 20 essential nutrients, including fiber, potassium, Vitamin E, B-vitamins and folic acid. They also act as a "nutrient booster" by enabling the body to absorb more fat-soluble nutrients, such as alpha and beta-carotene and lutein, in foods that are eaten with the fruit.
