Easy Guacamole Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1-2 avocados
- 1/4 cup of diced tomato
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1/2 cup of minced onion.
- 1/2 tsp of salt.
Directions:
- Carefully cut avocado in half and remove pit. Spoon avocado into a bowl and mash until the consistency of mashed potatoes.
- Stir in tomato,onion,salt and lemon juice.
